Compound Protocol is the longest running decentralized lending market on Mainnet Ethereum. Compound allows users to supply and borrow against their assets.

### What is Compound Protocol?

Compound protocol is an algorithmic lending market governed by the COMP token holders. Compound enables and create lending markets for cryptoassets such as ETH, WBTC and USDC. Rates are determined algorithmically and rates change with demand and supply.
